How to fix
Lay one column at a time from the eaves to the ridge, starting at the end furthest from the prevailing wind: first slope, other slope, then the ridge.
Side lap 70 mm. End lap 150 mm minimum at 15 degrees and over. From 5 to 10 degrees and on exposed sites, 300 mm double-sealed end laps with sealed side laps.
Mitre the corners where four sheets meet: cut 150 mm up the side edge (300 mm where the end lap is 300 mm) and 70 mm along the end, leaving a 3 to 6 mm gap.
Fix two per sheet per purlin, through crests 2 and 7, at most six per sheet. Pre-drill 2 mm oversize, at least 50 mm from the edges. Never fix through the side lap, in a valley or on a flank.
Roof purlins at 1375 mm centres at most; wall rails at 1825 mm at most. Minimum roof pitch 5 degrees.
