Returns and Restocking Policy

Should you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item(s), please refer to our detailed return and restocking policy outlined below. Kindly note that these policies apply exclusively to orders fulfilled through our in-house transport network.

Restocking Fee

A standard restocking fee of 10% NET will be applied to all returned products. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with reintegrating the product into our inventory.

Timeframe-based Returns

• Orders Delivered More Than 3 Months Ago: A refund amounting to 50% NET of the original price will be applicable for all returned products.
• Orders Delivered Over 6 Months Ago: Customers must provide images of the product for review before a credit amount is determined. This requirement should be addressed to the Manager at Briarwood Supplies Limited.

Condition of Returned Items

Should returned products be found in poor condition or damaged, no credit will be issued. This policy ensures that we maintain the highest standard of quality for all our customers.

Delivery Charges for Swapped Products

Briarwood Supplies Limited reserves the right to apply a delivery charge for all orders where products have been exchanged. This policy accommodates the additional logistics and transportation involved in the exchange process.

Bespoke Products

All Metal Profiled Sheets, Metal Flashings, and anything from the Meadowscape or Painted Range are classified as Bespoke. Products under our Bespoke classification are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of these items.

Bespoke Products Policy

• Creation & Ordering: Bespoke products can be designed and ordered directly through our website at www.briarwoodsupplies.co.uk.
• Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: Once the manufacturing of your bespoke product has begun, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Product Descriptions: Our website provides detailed descriptions of the bespoke products we offer. For more in-depth information, please visit the resources section on our site.
• Buyer's Specification & Indemnification: We produce bespoke products based on the Buyer's provided specifications. By ordering, the Buyer agrees to protect and hold harmless Briarwood Supplies Ltd from any third-party intellectual property claims.
• Materials & Coatings: We offer bespoke products in various materials including galvanised steel with optional polyester or PVC plastisol coatings.
• Tolerances & Safety Welts: All folded flashing angles may have a variance of +/- 1°. Section dimensions might also vary within a tolerance of +/- 1.5mm. If Safety Welts are incorporated on the two sharp edges of the bespoke product, please be aware that each safety welt will reduce the overall measurement by 10mm.
• Buyer's Responsibility: It is crucial for the Buyer to provide accurate details and measurements during the ordering process. Briarwood Supplies Ltd is not responsible for errors or discrepancies in the information submitted by the Buyer.
