Yes. If you are buying as a private individual, you can cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods by emailing [email protected]. This does not apply to items made to your order, such as cut-to-length sheets or flashings folded to your measurements, once production has started. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

We deliver across mainland Great Britain. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or HS and ZE postcodes. You can also collect from our depot in Highbridge, Somerset.

Sheets and panels are delivered kerbside by lorry in 6-10 working days. Parcel items such as fixings, screws and sealants arrive in 1-3 working days. Delivery is priced by your postcode: you will see the cost in your basket and at checkout.

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in a saleable condition, and you arrange and pay for the return unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item. Items made to your order cannot be returned. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and note it on the delivery paperwork.

Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Big 6 fibre cement sheets and insulated panels are made by Briarwood in Italy. Our metal roofing and cladding sheets and our flashings are made at Highbridge, Somerset.

Our Big 6 fibre cement sheets carry a guarantee of up to 30 years. For any other product, call 01278 228670 and we will confirm the guarantee.
