Why choose fibre cement roofing?

Fibre cement breathes β€” it absorbs moisture and releases it as conditions change, which controls condensation naturally without felts or membranes. It is also noticeably quieter in rain and hail than metal, and it has been proven on British farms for generations.

Who makes your Big 6 fibre cement sheets?

We do. Briarwood makes its own Big 6 fibre cement sheets at our fibre cement plant in Italy, and holds them in stock at our Highbridge site in Somerset, alongside the matching ridges, barge boards and finials, and we stand behind the quality of every sheet.

What lengths do fibre cement sheets come in?

Big 6 sheets come in a range of stocked lengths from 1525mm (5ft) up to 3050mm (10ft), designed to be laid with overlaps. The product page lists every length with its price.

What colours are available?

Natural grey is the classic and our most popular finish, with coloured options including anthracite also available. Colours are through-coated for long life.

Do you sell the matching fittings?

Yes β€” one-piece and adjustable two-piece ridges, barge boards, cranked barge boards, finials and eave fillers, all made to suit the Big 6 profile. You will find them in the fittings collections on this page.
